Justin and Janell will be addressing all of those topics and more in this weekly podcast. Their own personal transformations are what fuel their desire to educate, motivate, and inspire people to become the very best version of themselves. All of us need transformation at various stages of our lives. It’s part of the growth process we go through for as long as we are living. Justin describes himself as the “former fat kid who got fit.” His body image issues and self-conscious bent got him interested in health and fitness, which led to one of his first transformations.
Janell was a three sport athlete but struggled with weight issues due to the processed, packaged food her family ate when she was younger. The wrong kinds of food caused her weight to fluctuate - her self image took a hit as well. She finally went through a physical transformation, but more importantly has gone through a mental and emotional transformation.
As Justin and Janell began to experience the incredible benefits of their own life transformations they wanted to help others. From fitness training to diet and weight loss coaching, Justin and Janell dove into helping people. Their fitness business grew quickly and they became known for helping people with various transformations they needed to experience. That’s when the two of them decided to re-brand the club, “The Transformation Club.”
Fast forward to today and you’ll find Justin and Janell have come a long way. They are published authors, creators of online courses, professionally educated in health related areas of expertise, and all for the sake of helping people become the very best version of themselves. It was only a matter of time until they started sharing their successes and client stories on a wide-spread basis.
Many podcasts fall into a one-format structure and that’s it. Justin and Janell feel that they have more to offer listeners than just the canned interview conversations you typically hear. They will be publishing interviews with experts or members of their programs who have experienced life transformations of their own. But that will only be once per month.
The rest of the time, Justin and Janell want to share what they’ve learned, to educate you about the hindrances and opportunities you’ll face if you embark on your own transformation journey. They’ve got a load of insight into issues of health and nutrition, mindset and self-image, and what it takes practically to make the changes in your life that you truly want to make.
